We are seeing so many athletes with injuries, especially ACL injuries. We have to encourage our athletes to do continuous strength training all year around. Proper stretching and warm-up is also very important. At DATSWZUP Basketball Camp we care about the kids and teach good habits, such as work ethic, diet, technique, and physical body care.
